It seems already clear from the title the origin of this bread, so that during construction or putative fathers do not appear wombs for rent, indeed I hope that the author of the bread is really a knock at my door to claim her baby!
Already I see: two in her dressing gown to rob the fridge in the middle of the night!
THAT COUPLE!
With this recipe I read my transformation into the goddess of the kitchen as promised in this post .
500 g strong white flour
15 gr fresh yeast 2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons white yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
300 ml of water warm
for brushing:
1 large egg 1 teaspoon water 1 teaspoon
yogurt 1 tablespoon nigella seeds
Melt the yeast in the water warm .
Mix flour with salt.
Put the yogurt and oil in a jug and add warm water until you get to 350 ml. Whisk the mixture to mix.
United baking powder to flour and the mixture of yogurt and oil and begin to knead dough until you get a compact, but soft, add more water if necessary.
Knead for about ten minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover with foil and let rest for about an hour.
Deflate the dough and let rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 22o degrees.
Divide the dough into six parts and roll out one by one with a rolling pin.
Place them in the baking oven and let rest another 20 minutes (I skipped this step ops!! Oh well patience!).
Prepare the mixture to brush and spread it on sandwiches.
Distribuitevi above the seeds of black cumin and cook for about ten minutes!
Let's see if
Brother has to say about this bread here too! ;-)
